What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Did you actually remove the old router and replace it with the new RBR and power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute then back on?
Does your ISP require any user account information or entry on the old router that the new router needs?
Make contact with the ISP to have them help you get the new router online with there modem.
Follow the online user guide and manuals to get the Orbi online...

Re: Router WNR614- Old router to replace with ORBI AC3000
1. remove old router
2. power off modem
3. power modem back on after a 2 minute wait
4. connect new router
5. power on new router
6. setup new router following the install guide.
install guides can be found here: https://www.netgear.com/support/product/RBR50
for the RBR50

Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
