Router offline
Have Orbi RBR20. It shows that the router is offline. I have 2 satellites that show they are connected. My WiFi works for most apps, but will not stream amazon video. I have rebooted, reset, called my internet provider( a local company- fiber). All to no avail. A picture of my network is attached. Please don’t get too technical....limited knowledge in this area. Any idea what else I can try?
