Im 12 steps away from my Obie and its Satellite and they can not see each other??????

Any thoughts before I return this expensive waste of money?

This usually means your satellite was not paired successfully. Reset the satellite and try pairing again.

Also how far is your satellite away from the Orbi router?

Is this a NG system or something from an ISP like Verizon? NG doesn't have a V2.5.1.1 version available. 

Have you been able to get the RBS to sync at all?

sorry the Firmware version is - 2.5.1.16

I have got the Orbi working along with the satellite but it only works when the WiFi on the SuperHub is switched ON. If I switch it off then the Orbi does not work, it shows full signal strength but I have no internet signal and the Satellite can not be found...When I switch the WiFi back on (modem mode only off) then I get a signal from the Orbi and also the satillite is picked up??

I may have figured it out, - Ill give it a go tomorrow... a friend told me that if I put the Superhub into Modem only mode only one connection will work and I already have the Tivo box connected...... so Im guessing if I pull that out and connect it to the Orbi, and only the Orbi connected to the Superhub that should do it.
