Singtel TV with Netgear Orbi

Hi,
Need some help with singtel TV connect to ORBI router RBK 40.

I have done the necessary VLAN as attached. Unable to connect my Singtel TV box.
Try connect router port 3 to singtel TV box but fail.
Router firmware version 2.2.1.210

Need your assist..

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?

 

Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Try disabling the following and see:
Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).

 

Is the TV box required to be connecte to the ISP modem rather then the Orbi?
