Switch from Wireless to Wired (RBS50v2 Satellite)
Moved one satellite to a new room which has an ethernet connection to my FiOS router in the basement. Thus, it was previously connected via 5G, now I want to move it to wired. I rebooted/shut down the satellite, firmware version is V2.5.1.16, etherne cable works fine, still nothing.
Outside of removing and re-adding the sateliite, anything else that I can try?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Switch from Wireless to Wired (RBS50v2 Satellite)
The satellites needs to connect to the orbi router or even through a switch.
If you're in a double nat (2 routers in router mode on the network) its not connecting on the same subnet as the router.
connecting to the fios router implies you're running 2 routers on the network.

Your Orbi satellite must be wired to your Orbi base station, not your internet, in order to become part of the Orbi's network. Like this:
Router
\------ Orbi base
\-------- Orbi satellite
From your description of the ethernet connection in your new room, it sounds like it might be like this (and which will not work):
Router
\------ Orbi base
\
\-------- Orbi satellite
