Unable to access orbi app even after PW reset
Unable to make contact with orbi or Netgear. Now unable to access my orbi app even after resetting PW so not sure what else to do

Can you please describe the situation in a bit more detail.
- What device are you using to manage the Orbi? (desktop computer, laptop, smartphone, tablet?)
- Which password was reset? (Orbi WiFi or Orbi administrative login credential?)
- Is it that the app starts, but not connect to the Orbi, or the app will not start?

Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in until the top led turns on AMBER then let go. Power OFF the ISP modem for 30 seconds than back on. Wait for the WHITE led to slowly pulsate on top of the RBR, then log in to orbilogin.com using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on.
