Is there an advantage to running an Ethernet cable from the Orbi satellite to a TV, to stream to the TV? Would that help throughput, versus just having the TV connected to the wifi network?

Yes, it will help by removing a WiFi device from your WiFi network. Your WiFi devices all share the same limited radio specturm. For best results you should wire as many devices as you can, and only use wireless when you don't have a wired option.
With your TV wired to the Sat, your speed to the router will be faster, too, but that probably won't matter for streaming to the TV.
