I would file a support ticket and let NG know. Seems like the FW version could be not in sync enough with the RBS. Try downgrading the RBS back to last working version for now.

100% on the same page. I actually emailed Cindy directly last week because I think the modem/router firmware is not jiving with the new RBS firmware they keep pushing. It's been about a year since the CBR40 got a firmware update.
In the interim, I reprovisioned my Arris surfboard and pulled an RBR40 out of mothballs. The system works flawlessly, so I think we've narrowed it down to the CBR40.

Ya RBS are used in other Orbi system kits. I think someone needs to update the CBR40 to keep them synced. I would contact vkdelta as well. Also current events with CD19 will be a delay in progress.
