orbi 6

hello, i purchased 2 x orbi packs and 2 seperate orbis so i could have a total of 6 units

withb only using 1 router

the 2 units woth the pack connect ok and the 2 extra units connect ok but it transpires the 2 units in the other pack are tied down to their router

how do we default / reset the two units so they will connect to a different router

i have tried all the usual factory defaults and nothing seems to work

many thanks

Re: orbi 6

What model Orbi are you referring to? RBK50 series or RBK 7 or 8 series?

Re: orbi 6

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Thank you.

It sounds like the Factory Reset was not done completely.

Either the WPS method or the web mamagement "Add an Orbi Satellite" method should work
