rbr50, rbs50y, rbw30 firmware service unreachable

My rbr50 and rbs50 units are at firmware 2.3.1.48. My rbw30 is at 2.3.0.4 with the note "service unreachable".  RBS50y is at 2.3.0.28 with the note "update failed".  Help with understanding/resolving the situation would be appreciated.  Thanks!

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the Orbi is connected too?

Manually download and use a PC to update the RBSY:
