Changed SSID name, no longer can access Orbi control panel

Recently upgraded to the RBK752.  In an effort save time, I renamed my ssid to the name of my old router so I didn't have to update every device.

Once I changed the name, I can no longer access the control panel of the orbi.  The orbi is up and running and connected to the internet, but the ip address and orbilogin.net all fail to load the control panel.  They all just timeout with an error that the connection was reset.  I have even tried hardwiring to the orbi to no avail.  I can ping both and get results.  It is just odd.

Has anyone else seen this issue or resolved?

You may need to factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser...

What version of FW are you using?

Try a power OFF of the RBR and RBS for 30 seconds then back on?

Try using a different browser, IE11, Edge or Firefox?

I will try to power down and back up.

Tried three different browsers and all have the same results across different devices, same results

Can't recall fw since can't see the page.  I believe it upgraded to the latest when I set it up Sunday.

Also worth noting, the app doesn;t detect the orbi either.
