Return it to the seller then. eBay is not a authorized seller so warranties are not valid thru fleabay.
Or try the new FW thats just been released:- FURRYe38Oct 08, 2021Guru
Then try the new FW update.

I SEE YOU'RE TRY TO BE A SMARTA** CALL EBAY AS FLEABAY WHEN YOU KNOW DAMM SURE IT'S NG SCREW UP AND OWN UP TO IT. IT EASY FOR YOU TO SAID/BE A SMARTA** BUT FOR ME PAID $360 FOR A PRODUCT USE FOR 2 MONTHS IS NOT.
THAT $360 = 3 FULL WORKING FOR ME.
I buy a LOT from fleabay. When I do, unless it's a recognized authorized seller, I know full well that ANY risk is on my dime. It's up to the buyer to assure the seller is an authorized dealer if he/she wants ANY type of support from the manufacturer. I take such risks willingly if the deal is there.
Such risks (that I have taken on) INCLUDE any f-up that a firmware update may cause. Has it happened? Yes. I just find ways to deal/fix it on my own.
The information you need to at least temporarily resolve your situation on your own is in this forum (and some even being in this thread).

Thank you and take your rant somehwere else.
- Gatorade2000Oct 08, 2021ApprenticeNG doesn't know where you got your device from. It automatically registers on first configuration. your device may have been a replacement device

Also NG doesn't warranty 2nd hand systems. Only NEW products from authorized sellers.
Users need to check MFr warranty before buying anything to ensure they understand what they are getting and what warranties are being covered.- FURRYe38Oct 08, 2021Guru
Try the new FW update.
Good Luck
