RBK 752 Magenta Color and Internet Loss

Hi

Since the last few days the RBK 752 main unit suddenly starts flashing magenta colour and there is loss of internet.

My main internet connecttion is on without any issues 

I have rebooted my main internet modem router few times and also reset the RBK 752 main unit and satellite unit to factory status

still the issue crops up at random intervals.

Please suggest a solution

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system been performed since last update?

Hi

The firmware is V3.2.16.22_1.4.9. And is connected to Nokia modem G 2425-G-A
The service provider is Airtel .

Yes power for one minute for the modem router and the orbi system has been done

Try a factory reset or update to v12 FW. Factory reset and setup from scratch again...
