RBR850 and RBS850 New Firmware Version 4.6.3.16 crushing wifi connections
I have one RBR850 and four RBS850 (wired). Spent close to 2,000 USD for such headache...
New Firmware Version 4.6.3.16 crushing my whole network on a daily basis.
From the beginning I tought that there is a problem with ISP, but they confirm that no problem on line and modem/router also works without any warning.
A week of troubleshouting brought me here. It is appear that new FW creating a problem with IP messing up. Wired connections still works good, but whatever connected with wifi: simply losing IP's and Internet connection.
Try to downgrade to FW RBR850-V4.6.3.9, but in the morning found again 4.6.3.16.
Is there a permanent solution to stop such automatic updates? Except throw the whole system to the bin (that will be my last solution).

Re: RBR850 and RBS850 New Firmware Version 4.6.3.16 crushing wifi connections
"Downgrade the Firmware to V3.2.10.10 for both Router and the Satellite, which is the very first Firmware version"
It's actually very first FW version. Any chance to skip 4.6.3....?
Try to purchase service, but also "No Contracts to display".
I'm first year with Netgear, but already seems like the last one as well. Support at zero level.
