Changing Default Gateway on GS752, SX748, and M4300

Hi,

We're changing out our gateway this weekend and setting up the new one with a different IP address (same subnet). Anyone know of any gotchas on changing these on managed switches? Any flushing of tables or rebooting needed?

Thanks all,

Jeff

@JeffAtK2,

Since you are changing your default gateway, I think you need to double check or update the configuration of the whole network that it should correspond to the new default gateway.  For example, you might need to update the IP address settings of the switches, DHCP server, etc.
