As subject - does it support Trunk port?

I mean, set up one port for trunk port, but have multiple vlan trunked with just 1 port.

Yes, of course. The VLAN must be defined first, then you can e.g. create a trunk port (similar also a trunk LAG) for participating untagged in only one VLAN (VLAN x [u]ntagged, PVID 1, and multiple tagged VLAN (VLAN y [t]agged, VLAN z [t]agged.
