GS105PE default password isn't working

Hi,

 

I recently purchased a brand new GS105PE switch, but I can't login to the admin page. According to the manual tha came with the device, as well as the one I found on the support page, the default password is password, but it isn't working.

 

Any advice?

Yes, you are right the default password should be password. Have you tried using a different browser? or clearing the web data?

 

If you have already tried using a different browser, try doing a factory reset on the switch and then try to access it again.

Yes, I tried different browsers on normal and private/incognito mode, but none of them worked.

 

I can give it a try reseting the device. Do you know by chance the link to the instructions of how to do it?

The Factory reset button should be located on the lower right part on the switch front panel
