GS116Ev2 web gui no longer works with latest iOS 15
Access to the GUI works fine with Windows browsers, however, since iOS 15.7.6? I can login but only see details on the left/menu side, the right pane is always blank? This fails for iPad and iPhone, except for an old iPhone 7 that runs older 15.7.6 s/w.
Any ideas?

Have no GS116Ev2 at hand, but a bunch of other Plus switches, all on the current/last released firmware, including the last Multi-Language 2.6.0.48, or Multi-Language 1.6.0.17, or the English 1.00.11 available on various Plus switches. Trouble-free Web UI access from an iPhone 14 Pro, operating on iOS 16.5, with the about current Safari, and/or Chrome and/or Google (sigh, the one not showing the @).

Thanks for trying that, this is really odd and frustrating…
… it’s running firmware 2.6.0.48, old but apparently the latest.
So, on a old phone 7, that’s stuck on 15.7.6 it works fine…
… but I’ve now tried it on an iPhone X and two iPad Pro 2020’s each running 16.5 (apologies it should not have said 15 in the header) and the right hand pane is blank for all options I chose on the pane on the left. These are all using the same network…
I’ve now tried browsers - Edge, Chrome, Photon, Ecosia and Firefox - all with nothing on in the right hand pane.
Windows works fine…

… don’t think I can raise a support ticket as I’m a home user with no support contract.
It sounds like Netgear use some ‘old’ web page technology’ that Apple have updated within their API’s, thus it affects all the Browsers I mentioned. I use the switch port monitoring and statistics so had to borrow my brother’s iPhone 7, on iOS 15.7.6 as it doesn’t support 16. Also found my Android based TV works…
While this is obviously an Apple iOS change, somehow I doubt they will respond to a please fix this?
Would I need to buy a Netgear support contract to progress this?

This case has been now been raised by 3rd Level Support to the Engineering Team so, hopefully, it’s been reproduced and on it’s way to be fixed…
… seems a real odd one to be specific perhaps to this mode?
I’ve tried many different browsers on original iPad Pros and 5th gens, as well as my iPhone X and all have this issue. An old iPhone 7 restricted to 15.7.7 works fine with the identical networks - house intranet and mobile 4G GPRS.
The latest software is 2.6.0.48 and released 2 Dec 2020, so a bit concerned… ?

Well I finally got a reply saying web access via iOS iPad and iPhone is not supported…
… as this worked fine for over two years until Apple changed something, this suggests Netgear is just unwilling to try and work with iOS API changes, this is unacceptable for a product with lifetime support.
It still works fine on an old iPhone 7 that only gets security updates on iOS 15.7…
There’s been no updates for this switch for well over a year, seems very unprofessional to me…
