JGS516PE STP?
Does the JGS516PE switch have the option to use spanning tree protocol? I can't tell based on the documentation. Thanks in advance for any info.

None of this - neither STP, nor RSTP, nor MST.
Just loop protection/detection.
Same for any Smart Managed Plus model.
