Hi Community,
Is there a way to combine 2 ethernet ports of the switch into a single virtual one for increased bandwidth? It would be more beneficial for data transfer.
Best regards, Bjorn

Yes, it does support static LAGs. The feature was added in May 2012, so ensure you run the current (last) firmware.
Check the fine ProSAFE Plus Configuration Utility p.13 ff. Set Up Static Link Aggregation Groups. Keep in mind, the ProSAFE Plus Configuration Utility is formally EoL (just like switch), however still workable on common Windows systems.
FWIW, the XS708E-100NES is also known as the XS708E(v1).
Do you have two XS708Ev1 (or a newer 10 gb XS7xx) at hand for the counterpart?
