I would like to seek a recommendation which switch is compatible with Crestron DM-NVX-E30/D30 among the two switch below.

Netgear GS752TP-200EUS 48-port gigabit network switch with POE 

Netgear GS324TP-100EUS 24-port gigabit network switch with POE

You won't have any luck and success deploying unmanaged or just Smart Managed switches for a Crestron installation.

Look into the Managed Switches section, with Fully Managed AV switches like the M4250 for 1G, or M4350 with faster MultiGig switches.
