My request is how to assign particular port to the particular mac address in NETGEAR GS110TPV3 fully managed switch.

To start out the obvious confusion right away: A GS110TPV3 is in no aspect a fully managed switch - Netgear does designate it as a Smart Switch with (optional) Cloud Management.
Unclear to me what you want to achieve related to a switch port to MAC address relation. Please kindly re-iterate your question. The subject set as "netgear switch" does not help at all, too.
The device connected to the port does bring the MAC address of course.
