When trying to backup the configuration settings using Edge, I get the message below. On Chrome it works fine though.
Authorization Required
The ReadyNAS could not verify that you are authorized to access the resource requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

Perhaps try clearing your web browser cache, closing your web browser and reopening the web admin page. That would force the cache to be flushed. The cache of the web admin page would be flushed automatically eventually but your browser could take a while to do it automatically.
