Apps Failing to Install

Have completed factory reset of NAS Pro4 (x86) running 6.10.7.  Connected to internet (confirmed in connman.log) and IP set by DHCP.  Am now reinstalling Apps but....

• Installed Plex using package from plex.tv ok.
• Installed uTorrent (Developer Mhynlo) from Available Apps ok
• Sickrage using package from sickerage.ca.  Shows up in Installed Apps (Off) but won't start when toggled to 'On'
• Logitech Media Server (using nightly build) but get failed to installed application error.
• Transmission NT (NASTools) from Available Apps fails with installation application error
• Thought it might be a certificate issue so tried installing RNXtras LetsEncryptfix but also fails to install

Using Google Chrome browser but also tried with Edge getting same results.  Have not enabled SSH access yet.

There might be an issue with the dpkg package installer. If you are comfortable using SSH this article might help. Other users might be able to suggest one.

Have you tried manual upload of apps? OS-Reinstall from the Boot menu first? this will reset NAS Settings such as network and admin page password but will not affect the data. After doing so, please try to install the apps again via the Apps page or by uploading it manually.
