ReadyNASOS 6.5.0-T338 (Beta 2) Stuck Upgrading

Updated from 6.4.2 to 6.5.0-T338 (Beta 2) and unit has been stuck updating for the last hour.

Rebooted and trys to boot then goes straight to Updating FW and hangs.

Any ideas ?

This one has been fixed.

This one was actually not related directly to the 6.5.0 upgrade. The OS file system was not totally happy, which was preventing a proper upgrade. I rebuild the OS from scratch and the NAS booted directly to 6.5.0 T build 🙂

I would love to take a look -- can you put the device in tech support mode and provide me the 5 digit code from RAIDar (or LCD, your unit wasn't mentioned here) via PM and I will further investigate this issue for you.
