I installed 6.8.1-RC1 on my test machine and Plex disappeared from the Apps page.
It was running, just not appearing in the GUI.
I reinstalled Plex but it still did not display on the Apps page.
I rolled back to 6.8.1-T106 and Plex reappeared.

It appears the issue has been fixed in 6.8.1 RC2. Just installed it, and so far, seeing all apps listed.

I'm observing the same issue with RC1. About to roll back to Beta 1.
Same issue here as well... App list is empty and I have few installed apps.
There is like clean up being done which is also done on 6.9.0 beta firmware and plex app appears to be affected by it. Please refer to this thread. Regards, Marty_M NETGEAR Community Team
It does appear that 6.8.1 RC2 beta build had address the concern. Please try the build at your NAS and check if that will give the same result. Regards, Marty_M NETGEAR Community Team
