Re: Can't login to Readycloud with Chrome
I mean the Netgear Community page.
I can login with Firefox and Chrome on Android, but not with Chrome on my Desktop, which is my default browser.
It is the same when I try to login to ReadyCloud.

I can log into both sites using Chrome from my Win10 desktop.
Have you tried
- other browsers on the desktop?
- using an incognito window?
- clearing cookies/cache?
- disabling internet security software (Kaspersky, Avast, etc).

Re: Can't login to Readycloud with Chrome
What error message are you getting? Have you changed your password and Chrome might have the old one saved?

Re: Can't login to Readycloud with Chrome
Have you tried
- other browsers on the desktop? - Yes, it works with Firefox.
- using an incognito window? - Yes, it works with Netgear community, but Readycloud goes into infinate loop of loading process
- clearing cookies/cache? - I have tried, but it doesnt change anything.
- disabling internet security software (Kaspersky, Avast, etc). - No change after that.
I have also tried from 2 different computers - PC and laptop and it is the same when I'm logged into my Google account.
I can use Firefox for the time being but it is a strange problem and I can't find any reason for it.
A month ago I had no similar issues.

I see that infinite loop also (and I can log into ReadyCloud with Chrome).
Have you tried removing any saved passwords for the two sites?
Does signing out of your google account make any difference?

Re: Can't login to Readycloud with Chrome
Removing saved password didnt make any difference.
Signing out of Google works, but only if I choose to delete all user data (bookmarks, extensions, etc.).
Then if I sign in again login stops working.

Just updated my Java and the problem is fixed.
Strange. On one hand, there is no Java involved (neither on the Netgear Account Login, the ReadyCloud Web, nor on the Community). On the other hand, decent Chrome versions don't make use of the installed Java (any) anvironment, because of Chrome no longer supporting NPAPI (technology required for Java applets) for a longer time already.
