Could not connect to Readycloud
I am unable to connect my ReadyNAS device to the ReadyCloud. I have two readyNAS devices (the other is model 3138) which I have automatically discovered and connected to ReadyCloud.
Both NAS devices are connected to the same router.
Model: ReadyNAS RNDX4000|ReadyNAS NVX Chassis only

Is this really an NVX? ReadyCloud only works for OS 6 systems, and the NVX runs OS 4.2.x.
Note that some OS 4.2 platforms can be converted to OS 6, but the NVX isn't one of them.
