Problem migrating ReadyCloud account!

During the migration of my ReadyCloud to MyNeatgear it comes up with the following:

 

We found the User :

User

is accociated with the following email address: 

email@email.com

 

This email address is invalid. You can use another email for migration.

 

 

The email I used is actually my work email and isnt invalid at all. Tried my other 2 email address and getting the same issue? HELP??
