Readycloud Windows App - Synced Folder after recent upgrade
Hello,
Has anyone else found that after the recent ReadyCloud Windows app upgrade, that there synced folder config was removed? Folders and contents on both PC and NAS are still intact, but the agent that did the syncing no longer has the sync registered. Is there a way to configure Readycloud to point to two existing directories (One on the NAS, One on the PC) and keep them in sync?
The only option that I see is to start a new sync and sync all of the data all over again.
If I created a new sync folder on the NAS, could I just move the contents from the original folder on the NAS into the sync folder on the NAS? Or will that create duplicates?
Regards,
Keith

Hello plutoniumshore,
Perhaps adding your NAS model number and its FW and posting some screenshots will also help.

Hi plutoniumshore,
Welcome to the community!
Could you send in your ReadyCLOUD and client logs?
Kind regards,
