Readynas Surveillance License Code Will Not Activate
I lost two RAID 5 disks at he same time and lost all my Readynas Surveillance license configuration. The licenses are limited to one installation, so I cannot reactivate the licenses, and I was not able to deactivate/transfer the licenses before the unexpected crash. I need Netgear Support to reset the two 4-camera licenses that I have, as they fail to activate online. The offline activation tool produces no output file. I cannot contact support without a support contract. There must be a way now, and in the future, for licensing issues to be resolved. Please reset my licenses.

Well normally you'd deactivate your licenses before doing a factory reset.
I understand you weren't able to do that in this case.
