I have a resadynas 204 which I can access on the local network and via Readycloud. I have installed Readynas remote 1.2.2 for Android on my phone. I can login to the readynas remote app and see all of the relevant shares on the device but as soon as I try to access a share then error "Cannot connect to share ...: Access Denied" appears. I can access the shares using readycloud on a wndows laptop and can indeed access the shares using an android tablet via readycloud.
What have I not done or what access have I not granted?

Thank you that has given me access - and I can store what I need.

Re: Readynas remote for Android not accessing shares
You need to install the ReadyCLOUD app for Android not ReadyNAS Remote.

Re: Readynas remote for Android not accessing shares
Hi PeterS250,
In addition to mdgm's suggestion, if you want to use ReadyNAS remote, you need to enable ReadyNAS Remote Service in the admin page under the Cloud tab. Ensure the same ReadyCLOUD ID is logged in as the admin.
Hope this helps!
Kind regards,
