Cannot connect to my AC750 Dual Band WiFi Router (R6020) Nighthawk Router
After updating the Nighthawk Router as recommended, it cannot be accessed, does not show up on either Netgear Nighthawk APP or mobile phone.
I pressed reset button as option
removed power and network to reset, no difference.
Who can guide me please?

a couple things.
1. When you say, can't connect, what actual error are you getting/seeing? Is the wifi broadcasting but you can't connect? Is it not broadcasting at all? Does it broadcast, you connected but it says "connected, no internet"? Details are key for online troubleshooting. So they more you tell us about what the issue is, the better we can help.
2. what modem/gateway is it connected to?
3. what are the led's on it doing? (color, blinking, etc)
4. When you factory reset, did you push and hold for up to 15 seconds while powered on? Many times, I just see it get clicked versus held
5. The R6020 is a very very slow router. Its not gigabit and its wireless isn't even slightly fast. Unless you're on some pretty slow services, an upgrade to it will make a significant speed difference.
