Cannot log into RBR50 because of ad for Circle

I cannot log into my Orbi router because it shows an ad for something called Circle instead of the login prompt.  If I close the ad, I just get a 400 error.  I cannot configure my router or install a firmware upgrade either, because I cannot log in.
