FIRMWARE VERSION UPDATES

I have never downloaded any of the firmware updates for my Ex6200 AC1200 bought in 2017. Must they be  installed in sequence or will the latest cover all previous versions?

Thanks in Advance

Re: FIRMWARE VERSION UPDATES

You can just install the latest. you don't have to install them in sequence.

Current setup: CM2000-> RBKE963B-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/50mbps upload from Xfinity

That usually works, but there are times when the updates are just too dramatic. Too much changes.

Try it first, and if that fails and if it doesn't work try something in the middle.

Where possible take this route:

How do I manually upgrade firmware to my NETGEAR router? | Answer | NETGEAR Support

Just another user with a set of boilerplate macros.

My network DM200 -> R7800 -> GS316 -> PL1000 -> Orbi RBR40 -> Orbi RBS50Y -> RBS40V
