Factory reset isn’t working on AC750 Wifi Range Extender; unable to log in
I’m trying to use my EX3700 at my new home but after 2 years I don’t remember the password to my wifi extender (Aka I can’t log in). Oddly, the password reminder feature isn’t accepting my answers either. I tried to Factory Reset the EX3700 via the extender’s FR button (as described in the Quick Start instruction pamphlet and in the online User Manual). However, even after trying this several times, the Netgear pop up and the Netgear web browser opening page still require me to enter my username and password (and the password reminders still aren’t working).
I don’t understand why the Factory Reset didn’t work or how else I can Factory Reset the extender (as I can’t log into the extender without my old password). Welcome any suggestions you may have, thanks!

did you push and hold reset for up to 30 seconds while its powered on?
