I've recently set up my wifi in my new apartment. Everything went well, I had my two mobile devices able to connect and use the wifi and two computers connected to the router via Ethernet cords. When I turned on the computers the next day, one would not connect to the internet. Through further experimentation (turning on and off router and modem, rebooting devices, etc.), I lost all connection to everything. No device will connect directly or wirelessly to the router. The modem (ARRIS SURFboard SB6141) works fine, the connection worked when I hooked the computer up to it directly. The router will turn on and display a green power light, amber (internet?) light, and blue wireless light. I've tried factory reseting it, turning it on and off, turning everything on and off in order, and so far nothing has been able to connect to the router. I am not tech savvy so I'm out of ideas at this point.
