Slow speed post firmware v4.3

Hi. Just upgraded firmware on the rbk752 to the v4.3. It slowed down my connection. Prior firmware much faster.

Question. Is WMM changed with firmware change?

Thanks. Wifiblues.

Having the same problem with slow speeds since the recent firmware update and I’m now unable to connect to the router through the app.

Re: Slow speed post firmware v4.3

I sent a note to netgear help. Thinking of a factory reset. Hope that brings the speed back.

No idea what that means.

But questions about the RBK752 are best dealt wth the appropriate section.

You replied to a question about the Orbi RBK752. Your footer says you have the R7900P, a very different animal. Different apps even.

Questions about the R7900P are best dealt with in the appropriate section:

Typing this from my phone. Using the AX4200 RBK 752. Latest firmware slowed speeds down from over 900 to 600. Besides a factory reset, any solutions why or what the latest firmware changed?

Visit the support pages:

Support | NETGEAR

Feed in your model number. That page will have links to firmware.

Check the release notes for the latest firmware to see what has changed.

Be warned, those notes can be skimpy. They will not reveal details of any security updates that they set out to fix.
