Unable to connect WD home though my netgear router
I am unable to connect my WD home device. The device status always shows offline, whereas few days back, I was able to connect. When I talked with WD customer support, they suggested to enable port 80,443 with UNPN enabled setting on the router. I talked with my ISP and as per them that can be done on the router with the help of customer support. I am able to login to routerlogin with my admin user and password, but I am not sure how to enable these port and UNPN (which i see already enabled on my router). Can anyone please help me to enable port and UNPN. I am using C6300|AC1750 netgear router.
