Unable to login and access AC1750 Smart WiFi Router, Model R6700v3

I am unable to login to my AC1750 Smart WiFi router. The power light is on but no other lights. Any thoughts?

What color is the power light? 

Did you try a factory reset? push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on. 

You can try recovering it with tftp or nmrpflash.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide

just make sure you enable tftp
