The problem is that only me with my two devices manage to get wifi access through the router. Friends visiting with their devices manage to log on to the wifi network but they do not get internet access. I am not able to log in to the router to check the settings. It does not work. Anyone with similar problems? Any suggestions for solutions?

Hi @HelenNO,
1. You can try the steps linked below on accessing the router UI.
http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/980
2. If that does not work, you can try resetting the router. The steps are linked below.

Re: WNDR3400 v3 Limited access.
Hi @HelenNO,
1. Do the other devices get online when you disconnect your two devices?
2. When trying to login to the router, do you get to the part where you are prompted for the username and password?
3. Have you tried resetting the router?
4. Are there wired devices that are working/not working?
5. Are their devices connecting to the main network or to the Guest Network?
Regards,
Dexter
