preventing downloading of copyrighted music and movies from torrent sites with parental controls

i have a WNDR3400 router for myself and tenants in a tri-plex i own.  how can i prevent illegal downloads of copyrighted materials like music and movies from torrent sites?  i have parental controls installed.  what settings do i need?
