People have been asking for newer Mac drivers for a year or so. At one stage Netgear promised that it would provide them but has since gone quiet.

Search - NETGEAR Communities – Big sur

If you look at the release notes for drivers, the latest drivers were for macOS 10.15 (catalina).

Big sur (11) and Monterey (12) are newer
