Re: A6210 ADAPTER ON LINUX UBUNTU
I tried some terminal commands from youtube and had no luck but when I found Github the problem was solved. Obviously you need a connection. Once these run, reboot and go to network settings There you will have the option of using your old wireless or the new usb dongle.
The commands are
$ git clone https://github.com/jurobystricky/Netgear-A6210
$ cd Netgear-A6210
$ make
$ sudo make install

Re: A6210 ADAPTER ON LINUX UBUNTU
Find the github page run the commands in a terminal reboot and then surf around the settings-Network etc and you will eventually find a drop down giving you the option of the new or the old wireless...my computer also had a non-working desktop icon but that was probably from a failed attempt at running the factory .exe in WINE which failed on my 15.10
