A6210 Keeps On Disconnecting

Hi All,

I'm having A6210 USB Wifi adapter using it in Ubuntu 16.04 Desktop. It's working fine for half an hour then it gets disconnected, connects back only when I restart the desktop. I read many articles nothing worked, also tried the solutions in this forum. Can you someone please help me on this?
