I have been using this successfully on my computer for the past 2 or so years. The network page is completely blank on the Genie, and The WPS button connection doesn't work either. I have tried over the span of the last month to try to get it to connect again but no luck. The blue light does blink intermittently. I have tried uninstalling the software, and making sure it's the most recent version.
If anyone has any ideas as to what might be causing this issue it would be greatly appreciated, as I am very hesitant to reset my PC.

I resorted to resetting my PC today (all files and apps), and the extender is now working again. The network list displayed as usual and connected with no issue as of yet. Not sure what was causing the issue prior.

I'm sad to see a lack of support from Netgear. Being told to pay for support after a product is already paid for isn't exactly comforting... Not entirely sure why they stopped updating software for something that is still being sold. Maybe the company is failing? This will be my last Netgear product purchased unfortunately.

What host wifi router brand and model do you have?
What OS platform do you have the adapter installed on?
Brand and model# PC the adapter is installed in?
Tried a different PC?
Tried a different wifi router?

Re: A7000 / AC1900 NightHawk Extender No longer connecting at all
Hey, the router is an Xfinity Arris. I am on Windows 11 using an HP PC desktop model M01-F1xxx. I do believe it was also after the recent software update which happened to the other user here. I don't have another PC or router to try. The Genie list where it shows available networks is completely blank even after refreshing. My WIFI is working fine on the built in computers receiver, albeit slower than the extender was when it was working.
I really do hope someone in Netgear can contact the appropriate department to see if we reconsider the cancellation of future updates for it.

Re: A7000 / AC1900 NightHawk Extender No longer connecting at all
Yea not sure what happened as it's the same version of Windows. I am glad it doesn't seem to be hardware or software related for the netgear as I thought, because everything was working despite it.
