Netgear A7000 no longer connecting to 5G/slow speeds+disconnects

As it says in the title, my dongle no longer connects to the 5g network we have. And it constantly disconnects while on 2.4ghz. Is there ANY way to fix this? Ive looked high and low and have yet to find anything that's fixed my issue. Please help

1. did you try it in a different PC? 

2. did you try a different USB port?

3. Tried uninstalling and then reinstalling with the standalone driver?

What have you tried doing? Saying you've looked high/low doesn't say what you've tried
