GS116PP, YEALINK PHONES & INSIGHT APP
Hello
thanks in advance for any help i get,
i have just bought ags116pp network switch as our tp link failed, its working well for the most part but the yealink w53 phones we have now drop the incoming calls, I was looking at the instruction manual which advises to download the insight app, this does not seem to accept the router though (I suppose it isn't compatible with the app as it is unmanaged?) so I cant view anything through there, I've read on the yealink site that it could be a nat issue but obviously cant see this as the app doesn't link,
any ideas would be welcome.

About the only practical reason to use the Insight App on an unmanaged switch like the GS116PP is the product registration process.
The GS116PP is in no aspect a router or doing any kind of NAT or L3 network operations.
