Hi there! Has anyone used something like this https://www.amazon.com/Ethernet-Adapter-ULT-WIIQ-Thinkpad-Synology/dp/B09CP93V3G/ref=sr_1_2 to get 2.5GbE on the ReadyNAS? I know I'm polishing a turd, but for less than $25, it seems that it might be a fun thing to try.
The kernel used in ReadyNAS OS will not support such a device. Even if you were to try to re-build the kernel, it's unlikely there is a Debian8 compatible driver.
