I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling AV plus, enabling and reenabling AV, and also upgrade my firmware in attempt to fix the non-update. The last update was Jan 27, as of JAN 28 it hasnt updated (I got a few emails about it, finally got around to looking at the issue)

It appears its finding the site, but for some reason cant downlaod the virus definitions and times out trying to find the file its looking for.
Any help would be greatly appreciate, thanks in advance.
Glad I'm not the only one; my Anti-Virus update failed the day after. I'm not Linux savvy, and have little interest in some of the technical troubleshooting the original poster has performed, though I'm willing to do specific things to get it fixed.
I'm not aware of any changes made to the setup prior to the Anti-Virus failure...

So it just fixed itself? Has it continued to update? I've had the same issue since 1/27/2015.
Mine also decided to update succesfully now. I had disabled it from the admin page, but now that it seems to be working again, I will reinstall "AV Plus" and get it all set back up again. I am guessing that maybe it was an issue on the server side of the AV update definition file?
